We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We provide estimates for repair and custom design services after examining your items. These estimates include:

The expected cost of the service
The estimated timeframe for completion
A description of the work to be performed

You must approve the estimate before we begin work. Additional costs may arise if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair process. In such cases, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

For repair services, a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost may be required when you approve the estimate.
For custom design services, a non-refundable design fee may be required before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before the item is returned to you.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash, and check (for local customers).

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

5. Item Custody and Unclaimed Items

When you leave an item with us for repair or other services:

You will receive a receipt describing the item.
We will take reasonable precautions to safeguard your item while in our possession.
Items must be claimed within 90 days of notification that work is complete.
Items unclaimed after 90 days may be subject to storage fees or may be deemed abandoned.
For abandoned items, we reserve the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the item after 180 days to recover our costs.

6. Shipping Policy

For customers using our nationwide shipping service:

You are responsible for properly packaging and insuring items when shipping to us.
We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping to us.
When returning your items, we use insured, trackable shipping methods.
Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jones Custom Jewelry And Watch Repair or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

For custom designs:

We retain ownership of all original designs and concepts created by our designers.
Custom designs created specifically for you may not be reproduced for other customers without permission.
We may use images of completed custom pieces in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jones Custom Jewelry And Watch Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our liability is limited to:

For repair services: The lesser of the cost of the repair or the fair market value of the item before repair.
For items left in our custody: The declared value on your receipt or the fair market value of the item, whichever is less.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Murray County, Oklahoma.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
